I am an experienced IT professional currently working as an Infrastructure Services Analyst at DXC Technology. In this role, I focus on managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and providing technical support to optimize operational efficiency.
Previously, I worked at the Ministère de la Fonction Publique (CGPO) as a Helpdesk Service TIC, where I provided technical assistance, troubleshooted IT issues, and supported users in resolving software and hardware-related problems.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I have a strong passion for programming and enjoy coding in my free time, constantly expanding my skills and exploring new technologies.
